Venue Finding

Enter the maze at your peril!

That is how it is when you are trying to find the right venue, in the right area, that takes the right numbers, has the right number of bedrooms and has the right ceiling height. You then have to ensure that it ticks all the right boxes for your presentation when very often you don’t know what the boxes are at this early stage of planning. Then just as you taste victory you find the venue is booked on your date or you are the third hold.

At this point the event does not seem such a good idea after all.

If you want to avoid this scenario then all you have to do is call Production Plus and one of our highly experienced event managers will meet with you and take a detailed brief on your event. This event manager will, on their return to the company, meet with the technical team to see what the chosen venue needs to offer in order that we may deliver what you require.

This will include such detail as ceiling height for rigging when raised staging is being used, space and sight lines, suitable reception and breakout areas, hanging points and power as well as the obvious areas such as standard of accommodation, food and service and destination appeal.

Remember the cost of producing your event can escalate dramatically if your venue does not fit the bill!

At this time you will be provided with a list of suitable and available properties and dates for site inspections so that you can make your final choice. The options and costs can be supported by sample costs for your production and entertainment (see separate pages under production and entertainment) in order to give you a budgetary overview of the whole event and plan accordingly.

Venue Search is provided to give you the time to do more important things and if we are managing the event this service is absolutely free of charge.

No cost – No problem - Call Production Plus.
